Posted October 1, 2019 Report Share Posted October 1, 2019 Hi, since i have tried nitro 13 and uninstall it, I cannot convert any document to pdf with nitro 12 anymore, it works perfectly with pdfcreator. I have of course unistall and reinstall it but witout any succes, in the printer queue, it says "sent to printer" but nothing happened then, all documents remain there. Please use the tool I have provided below to remove all files associated with Nitro Pro and reboot your system.http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/install-cleanup/install-cleanup.zip NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro, so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them.
