Tim Graham
Having issues with 2 different users. Nitro Pro will just crash periodically while they are making redactions, it sometimes happens when they try to save. (they get an error saying Contact Nitro Support Error Code 0x400D003B Or it will just crash while they are making changes and no errors come up . I can find the crash in the event viewer but it really does not tell me too much. Official Nitronaut Leslie V Posted October 2, 2019 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted October 2, 2019 Hello @Tim Graham, We recommend trying our latest version Nitro Pro 13. You can download it from here: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/try It will run as a full featured product for 14 days! After that, if you choose not to purchase it, you can still use it as a PDF reader. Hope that helps!
