Having issues with internal links in the desktop app

Hi,

When I use the browser tool at https://www.exceltopdfonline.com/, I have no issues with internal links from my .xlsx workbooks carrying over to the converted PDF. However, since my company purchased a Pro license for me, I'm trying to use the desktop app and the convert links functionality seems to be broken. Rather than the links on my front page sending me to the correct location within the PDF, the text where the hyperlinked text should be is blacked out and does nothing when clicked.

I have already gone into Preferences and ensured that "Convert Links" is enabled under Create PDF from > Microsoft Excel.

Is this is a known issue? Is there a solution?
