RoryCo12 0 Report post Posted October 3, 2019 Hi, My Nitro Pro recently reverted to trial mode after a PC update. I've tried using your online tool to deactivate my license however it doesn't seem to have worked. It says on the online portal that I have two activations available however when I try to activate in Nitro it says I don't have activations available. Can someone help? I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.
