I am also unable to activate 13.2.3.26 today. i get a message as follows:

Nitro-pro13.exe-Configuration parser error

Error parsing

C:\Windows\Microssoft.NET\Framework\v4.030319\config\mac

hine.config

Parser returned error 0xC00CE508

This has been taking a lot of my time
