Reactivation issues

I have a one-user licence, and have tried to re-activate Nitro on my new computer. I downloaded what I thought was Nitro Pro 12 (for which I recently purchased a new licence) but the licence code does not work. I now have realised that it was Nitro Pro 13, so have deleted it, but cannot see how to download Nitro Pro 12. Do you have any advice as to the best way to get over these problems?

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 12?

To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.
