My NitroPro12 which I have been using since activated 3/2019 now is asking for activation again.  I entered serial number but states invalid??? Please assist

Also, a screenshot of the error message you have received after entering your serial number.

I have the same problem. After a Windows update Nitro changed to a trial version.

I have deactivated my two available licenses in the Activation Portal. Cannot activate. Get error message 23.

What do I need to do?

I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.

i can't get a screenshot of popups but when I link to about, the enter serial number window opens.  I enter serial number and then error message " -20. Invalid serial number"...How is this possible??

Hello My Hard Drive Crashed

I am trying to activate a new copy of nitro pro and when I loop through the website with my serial number it shows the same number but my new copy of Nitro Prop will not accept it.

I have a similar issue.

I have been happily using Nitro on a desktop and a laptop without issue until recently, when the software on my laptop decided to tell me it's not licenced.

I tried activating it and it displayed the same error 23, as previously shared on this thread. 

So I deactivated both my licence seats on the activation portal, which now shows I have 2 licences and none are in use. However, I still get the same message when trying to activate on my laptop.

And oddly, the install on my desktop still says it's activated?!

so...i've gotten zero help from Nitro to resolve and my nitro pro expires today....will just buy some other software that actually has customer support instead of this software which the company does not support its regular users and forced to spend hours getting assistance which should be readily available.

Hi.

I am unable to reactivate the licence after changing computer, I deactivated the licence online but I get  "-23:Error Licence Number Already Used" when I try to activate it again.

Nitro now says the trial has expired.
