Irma Posted October 4, 2019 Report Share Posted October 4, 2019 I work for an organization and my nitropro 12 that we have previously purchased was accidentally updated to nitropro 13. When the update to nitropro 13 happened, it now went to a trial of nitropro 13 and I can't get back to my purchased nitropro 12. I'm needing the activation code for the nitropro 12 that was already purchased. I do not have the email that was sent by cleverbridge with the email with the activation code, it was deleted but I have the email address that the account is under.
