I used your portal to deactivate as instructed but see nowhere in Nitro Pro to enter my serial number to reactivate. Please advise soonest. Thanks. After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial. I hope that helps!
