White out stopped working

I have NItroPro 11 (tho it still shows up as 10 on my windows computer) - the whiteout function was working well but has suddenly started having faults when selecting text from with a shaded 'box' in a document - it still works properly elsewhere in the same document, it is only in shaded background areas the problem appears. It has not had this problem in previous documents from the same source, with the same shading

Any ideas?  I tried the redact function, which mostly works but not everywhere on the document

Please try running a repair or reinstalling.

If the issue persists, please provide us with a sample file and some screenshots of what you are seeing.
