2. Won't OCR or correct skew...shows 10% completion then nothing.

3. Form Field spell check inop...underlines everything and offers "No Suggestions"

Thank you Allain! Appreciate the follow-up! I wasn't sure if all of it was included in the original support ticket.

Here is my list as well. It has also been 4 working days since I have heard anything from the Nitro support team.

  1. OCR is not working within the application. One of the main features that drew us towards Nitro was the OCR capabilities. I have tried to OCR three different documents, and the conversion was not successful. The program says it is successful, but when searching, nothing is found.

  1. Our custom font is not loading into Nito. We use a font called Graphik that has special company glyphs and type styles. This font is loaded onto our machines as an OTF and TT style.

  1. Under the Review Tools, the application will not add an image from file. I have tried to add .tif, .jpg, and .bmp files. Nothing happens and there are no error messages for me to screen shot. When I try to insert .jpg. the tabs start to flicker, but nothing is added. The program just automatically switches my curser to the “Edit” curser and not the hand or select.

  1. Signature feature is not working correctly with managing signatures. Every time I click to manage the signatures, there is a crash and a report sent to Nitro

  1. Signatures are not able to be created from PDF files. An error shows up when trying to create a quick signature.

  1. Signatures are not able to be created from PDF files. An error shows up when trying to create a quick signature.

  1. The program fails to convert Excel files from the drag and drop method

  1. The program fails to convert Word files from the drag and drop method

  1. The program fails to convert Powerpoint based files with the drag and drop method

  1. The program fails to convert image based files with the drag and drop method

  1. The program fails to convert multiple images to pdf with fast PDF creation

  1. The program fails to convert PDf to Image application

  1. The program fails to convert pdf to powerpoint

  1. The program fails to convert PDF to Word Documents

  1. The program fails to convert pdf into excel

  1. The program fails to convert bmp to pdf with right click

  1. The program fails to convert pwerpoint to pdf with right click

  1. The program fails to convert word document to pdf with right click

  1. The program fails to create stamps from jpg

  1. The program fails to create stamps from png files

  1. The program fails at creating stamps from many of our custom review pdf files. There are many files that we create out of AutoCAD that are not able to be imported as a stamp. The below example shows how Nito v13 is causing problems that the past versions were not.

  1. The program fails to create a watermark from jpg files. This feature also does not recognize many PDF files that have been created in AutoCAD

  1. Spelling errors are not distinguishable from all text. Why are all the words underline with the red spelling mistake, and when right clicking on words that are misspelled there is no suggestion.

Allain,

I see you're looking at all of this and forwarding also. Where is the team now in rectifying these bumps in the road? I really need functionality back...and soon. I'm preparing another form and without the repairs being done it will mean a 2-hour job will migrate to 13 hours. Keep us informed with some kind of progress report. Right now, we hear a deafening silence. Thanks!

Mark
