Printing and Crashing

When I print from Nitro Pro 13.2.3.26, the program crashes and re-opens.  I also can not print from Excel (for example) to PDF either.  I had no issues with Nitro 12, but then when I updated, is when all these issues occurred. I have also tried to re-install Nitro 12, and now the older version is plagued with the same problem.

For what it is worth, I can print my plans (11x17 Tabloid) from Adobe DC with no issues

Also, I can print to my desk printer (Brother HL-L2370DW) but this is only 8.5''x11'' paper

I have tried the following programs - All have the exact same issue after installing 13:

  • Nitro Pro 13.2.3.26
  • Nitro Pro 12.16.3.574
  • Nitro Pro 12.0.0.112

Computer/Software/Printer(s):

  • Windows 10 Pro - Version 1903 - OS Build 18362.388
  • TaskAlfa 3050ci - Driver 7.4.1525.0 [Main office printer]
  • Brother HL-L2370DW - Driver 1.4.0.0 [Local desk printer]
  • Nitro PDF Creator (Pro 13) - Driver 10.0.18362.1

I have sent MULTIPLE crash reports (no screenshots unfortunately)

William Andrews

I too have this problem with the latest version of 13.2.3.26

My computer sends Bugsplat debug info.  I include my email for a response........But they never contact me.

I have also talked with Eli, in the past, about other problems.... His answer is always, do not want to bother the developers.

If he cannot reproduce it on his computer "LAB Computer" it is not a problem,

He then marks it "Solved"   "Sounds Just like the NEW Microsoft"

I really see no need to waste any more time with Those that are not in the least bit Technical and do not want to

Have the best product on the Market.

I have had problems with Nitro version 12 also.
