I'm trying to re-activate NitroPDF on my new laptop but without success. I'll try to summarize here following the steps done: Deativate the licence on the "old" pc. Confirmed by a pop-up message from the software Installed on the new PC, used the license code received with payment confirmation. Got the following message: -23: Errore – numero di licenza già utilizzato Tentative to reset the key throught the link https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal Unsuccesfull: Sorry you may only deactivate 0 devices For sake of completeness the details are the following: Serial Number: 2XXX0XXX9XXX0XXX72 Version 12 Status active Number of Activations 0 Number of Activations Allowed 2 The previous laptop has been fully formatted.
