Serial Number Does Not Exist ? Please Help

Hello,

I am hoping someone can help me, i have deactivated my account to install Nitro 11 Pro on another PC but after typing in the serial number it tells me it does not exist?

I have tried going down the advanced route but still does not work.

This is my serial number : 2*******************8

I would be greatfull if someone could help me please
