And thru an invitation email received on 7/23/19 I ordered/purchased the pre-sale Nitro Productivity Suite - Fall 2019. On 9/24/19 I received notice that the new version was ready to download & install - which I did. The same day I downloaded, installed and activated the new Nitro Pro 13 using the serial number provided. It worked fine until 10/1/19 when a notice appeared that the trial version had expired. I reactivated successfully using my serial number. That worked until yesterday, 10/7/19, when the trial expiration notice appeared again. I was able to reactivate it once again but it seems that I should not have to reactivate every week or so! Please advise steps to correct this.
