Susang Posted October 8, 2019 Report Share Posted October 8, 2019 (edited) I've had to purchase a larger hard drive (was unable to have the old one cloned) so now I'm trying to reload Nitro Pro 10, to no avail. I've gone to the deactivate page, deactivted and then put in my license but keep receiving the message that the number does not exist. Can you help?
