Need Help reinstalling Nitro Pro 10 onto new hard drive

I've had to purchase a larger hard drive  (was unable to have the old one cloned) so now I'm trying to reload Nitro Pro 10, to no avail. I've gone to the deactivate page, deactivted and then put in my license but keep receiving the message that the number does not exist.  Can you help?  This is the license number I've been using:  *******

Hello Susang,

The serial number you provided is a Nitro Pro 6 serial number, not version 10.

Apologies for not having the correct version of Nitro Pro.  I'm not asking for support, just the ability to down load the version I had purchased.  It was available for down load in June of 2018 when I installed it on a new computer.  Had to replace my hard drive so, would need that older version again.  Is that possible or not?
