De-activated using the online portal but still getting an activation error that the licence is still in use.. -23: Error - Licence number already used yet the portal show I have activated zero Serial Number Deleted Version 12 Status active Number of Activations 0 Number of Activations Allowed 2 Any ideas ? Acabo de hacer un ajuste en su licencia, por lo que ahora puede activar su copia de Nitro Pro yendo a la pestaña Ayuda> Acerca de Nitro Pro> Activar, ingresando su número de serie y haciendo clic en Activar. ¡Gracias por elegir Nitro y espero que esto ayude! Serial number has been deactivated via the licensing portal https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal and showing 2 available installs but the program states the serial number does not exist. I have several NitroPro licences I want to check the status of for a company we are supporting before deactivating the licenses, I have provided them in a list in a direct message. DanMan Posted October 10, 2019 Report Share Posted October 10, 2019 Thank you for your reply. I have uninstalled version 13 and restarted. The installer for version 11 fails after the administrator elevation prompt. I have tried reinstalling version 13 and using Revo Uninstaller to remove but getting the same issue when trying to install version 11. The installer states it ended prematurely because of an error. This is a fresh install of Windows 10 64bit with the latest feature update 1903. This has been attempted with both local and domain administrator accounts. Please advise. bbj Posted October 10, 2019 Report Share Posted October 10, 2019 Hello - How do you get any help out of this USE LESS NITRO PRO outfit - have downloaded the software installed it -copied and pasted the serial number supplied by nitro -it tells me the serial is invalid -the USELESS nitro web site just leads you around in circles trying to get assistance? complete the help forms and you juts get back a JUNK no reply email? no wonder the product has some many bad reviews - Nitro is like fake news!
