Reactivation problem

I bought Nitro for one computer, but don't use that one anymore and am trying to activate on my new computer. 

I had cleverbridge resend my information, but when I paste the Serial # they send into the actual NitroPDF, or into the help page (https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal), both say the serial # is invalid.

I asked cleverbridge support, and they said to post here.

HELP please!

In order to further assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab?

Also, a screenshot of the error message you have received after entering your serial number.

To send them via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.
