email@example.com Posted October 9, 2019 Report Share Posted October 9, 2019 (edited) I bought Nitro for one computer, but don't use that one anymore and am trying to activate on my new computer. I had cleverbridge resend my information, but when I paste the Serial # they send into the actual NitroPDF, or into the help page (https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal), both say the serial # is invalid.
