Kelsi 0 Report post Posted October 9, 2019 Moving from one computer to another, we de-activated the license from the existing computer and tried to install/activate on the new machine. Got error -23 when trying to activate but the online Nitro support portal said that there were no activations and 2 should be available. We've uninstalled, rebooted and re-installed with no success.
