caseifer 0 Report post Posted October 10, 2019 Hello, I got a second device that I use as an alternate to my laptop that has Nitro 12. I just downloaded the Nitro trial on the new Surface Pro and tried to put in my serial number but it says it doesn't exist. I deactivated the serial number from the Surface Pro and then tried to activate with no luck. I would like both computers to be activated. Can you help me?
