When I tried to activate, I got an error 20(?) saying that the serial number is not valid. I have tried entering the SN and also copy/paste - neither works. I submitted a support ticket, but I'm not VIP, so I've gotten no reply. Who do I contact to get a valid SN? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
