Activation Error After Reinstallation

Hi there,

My office recently got a new printer (Kyocera) and the version (12.16.X.XXX) I was using was crashing.

I found the thread (linked below) and followed the steps and now I'm getting an error -23. I then continued to deactivate ALL activated accounts under the serial number.

I have:

- Uninstalled Nitro (restarted computer after)

- Installed the installation file provided in the link above

- Deactivated licences

- Tried to activate on version Nitro Pro 12.14.0.558

 

I need this amended ASAP as I need Nitro for important work.

@Leslie V. I posted a similar problem in another thread over a week ago and messaged you the info as requested and have not heard back. Again, I use this for business and the free trial I redownloaded is about to run out.

I am still waiting on a response. I need this to be fixed ASAP for my office, otherwise I will need to look into another product.

I have the same problem. I have version 12.0.0.112 with 2 licenses both deactivated. Now I cant reactivate them.
