Trying to update Pro from 11.0 to 13.0

I was put on Trial mode after attempting to update my version 11.0 to 13.0.

Now, I could not figure how to re-activate my license as apparently my serial is no longer recognised or accepted.

I believe some of us have the same problem and I had not gone through all that in the forum.

To upgrade to version 13, please proceed to the following web page,

https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade

Enter your serial number and follow the prompts to receive a new Nitro Pro 13 serial key and installation files.
