Centurion Posted October 14, 2019 Report Share Posted October 14, 2019 I purchased 8 licenses of Nitro Pro 13 for a client last week. I have currently installed 3 of the 8 licenses. The product installed and activated properly last week, but today all are indicating the trial has expired. The error is "Nitro Pro has encountered an error with your license. Please re-try activation. If you still encounter an error please contact support. Error code -7089". When attempting to reactivate we see the spinning cursor after clicking the Activate button but no window comes up to reactivate. All PC's are Windows 10 1903. Also when entering the key in the license portal we receive a message to please enter a valid key. This is the same with all 8 licenses.
