Trevor Cole Posted October 14, 2019 Report Share Posted October 14, 2019 Hi there, I work in the HelpDesk at my company and I have a user who needs to install NitroPDF Pro on another laptop as her old laptop blue screened on her. I was able to find the area where you can deactivate the current license, but once I do that and try to enter in the license for her Nitro Pro product, it is stating that it doesn't exist. It doesn't let me put in the hyphens, so I am thinking that is where the issue may lie. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
