Nitro 13 Deactivated and can't reactivate

Hello,

I can´t activate one of our licenses, and I´ve followed de deactivation proccess and all help topics you present in this webpage. The screen shows that the serial number doesn´t exist, and it haven´t any number code Can you help us?

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?:
-The serial number of your Nitro Pro.
-A screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab?
-A screenshot of the error message you have received after entering your serial number.

To send them via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.
