CMM 0 Report post Posted October 17, 2019 I have recently had a windows update. I have found I am now unable to use Nitro. I disabled it as advised and then tried to reactivate using my serial number but it says it is not valid. I know that this is still valid March next year. I have uninstalled/reinstalled Nitro with no luck. Please can anyone advise?

Staff Union ILO 0 Report post Posted November 25, 2019 Hello, Following an upgrade to Windows 10 on my work PC, we are having a problem with installing our Nitro Pro 7. We deactivated, then tried to reactivate, when we tried to log in with our password, it said that our account has been disabled. I can’t find anything on the internet or in your support guide on a problem related to accounts being disabled. Could it be a problem with the version as it is old (NitroPro 7)? We have reinstalled it once before following an upgrade and it worked fine. I don't know what is different this time. Thanks for any advice!!
Leslie V. 0 Report post Posted November 25, 2019 Hello @Staff Union ILO, We no longer support Nitro Pro 7. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy If you would like to trial our latest product, Nitro Pro 13, you can download it from here: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/try It will run as a full-featured product for 14 days! After that, if you choose not to purchase it, you can still use it as a PDF Reader. You can learn all about some of the features here: https://www.gonitro.com/resources/videos I hope this helps!
