EvanMac 0 Report post Posted October 17, 2019 Hi. I have just upgraded from Windows 7 Pro (64 bit) to Windows 10 (64 bit). My Nitro seemed fine for a bout 2 weeks, but a couple of days ago suddenly reverted to "trial offer". When I tried to deactivate then activate, it says the licence number (I copy/paste so no errors) is invalid. Seriously annoying as this is my work desktop.. EvanMac 0 Report post Posted October 19, 2019 Hi. I bought Nitro Pro 11 in February last year (2018), so the version is correct. The serial number is as per the email from "cleverbridge / Nitro Software, Inc", so that would make it correct too.
