Nitro Portal says my license does not exisit

I have Nitro Pro 11 license and number.  Had to rebuild my OS.  Portal is showing my license is active but program activation is saying that my license does not exist.  Very frustrating.

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, please download and install Nitro Pro 11 using below offline installers:

x64-bit: http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1108470/en/burn/nitro_pro11_ba_x64.msi 
x32-bit: http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1108470/en/burn/nitro_pro11_ba_x86.msi

6. After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and entering your serial number.
