Ravi 0 Report post Posted October 20, 2019 Hi I have a license for Nitro Pro 11. Now I bought a new laptop and would like to use Nitro Pro. But download option for earlier versions is not available. What is the solution? I downloaded Nitro Pro 12 and tried to enter the key, but not accepting. After uninstall of Nitro 12, tried to download Nitro Pro 11, but getting an error message of "higher version is already installed" . In order to further assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab?
