JVH Prasad 0 Report post Posted October 20, 2019 I have been using Nitro Pro 11 for the last few years on Windows 10. Now, on MacBook Pro (13"-2018) installed Windows 10 with Apple Bootcamp utility (Dual OS). When I try to install Nitro Pro 11 on this Windows OS on MacBook Pro, its not getting installed. How to address this issue?
AllainU 0 Report post Posted October 22, 2019 Hello @JVH Prasad, Thank you for posting on our Community Forums! Are you using installing it via Bootcamp? If yes, kindly note this is a known issue for Nitro installed on Bootcamp. We are aware of this issue however we cannot guarantee that it will be fixed in the near future. Nitro Pro versions used to work perfectly with Bootcamp on Mac machines until an update for Windows 10 and 8 Operating Systems caused issues. You can use Windows 10 on your Mac using Parallels instead or install it on a Windows-based computer for best results. Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps!
