"there was an issue with the activation certificate"

I’ve purchased a license for Nitro Productivity Suite and received a serial number.

I then installed Nitro Pro 13.2.3.26. The trial has now ended

I’ve tried several times to activate, I paste my certificate generated from the activation portal  & agree to license terms.  The next pop up I get says  “there was an issue with the activation certificate. If you activated manually click back….” I’ve tried several times copying the certificate generated, selecting  using Ctrl A, copy, paste and dragging mouse to select generted certifiacte i.e I'm select the full generated certificate.  Always same ending. I’ve uninstalled Nitro pro and downloaded from Gonitro site and reinstalled 3 times including the 64bit version, always same ending.

When I  try to access the help activating page https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal , on entering my serial number from the Cleverbridge email a pop up appears saying enter a valid serial number. Can’t get any further.

Kindly note that our Activation Portal as of the moment can only accept serial numbers with format 23460x-xxxxxx-xxxxxx where 'x' are random numbers.

With the release of Nitro Pro 13, it is now using a different format (5049xxxxxxxxxxxxxx) and will soon be integrated into the same portal in the next coming months. As much as we would like to provide an ETA, it is not yet available.

With regard to the issue activating your program using the certificate, could you please provide the following information?:

-The URL you accessed to generate the certificate
