J Pineau Posted October 21, 2019 Report Share Posted October 21, 2019 Opening a PDF attached to an email. Then trying File, Save As to save it to a network location and the program crashes. I also tried saving to a local location but it also crashed. This poor user has had nothing but trouble with Nitro Pro since upgrading her machine to Windows 10 and upgrading her version 8 license to version 13.1. I would like to take this opportunity to share that we just released Nitro Pro 13.2.6.26 yesterday. To further troubleshoot, kindly uninstall Nitro Pro 13.2.2.25 from the affected machine and then reboot it. After rebooting, reinstall the new build using these direct installers and activate using the same serial number: x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_132626/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_132626/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps! Steven Gould Posted October 30, 2019 Report Share Posted October 30, 2019 Having the same issue. It's horrible and just freezes constantly. Did as you suggested Allain and uninstalled, removed all traces of it and the installer, rebooted and reinstalled. Same problem. Is there a pref file somewhere perhaps that I can delete to see if that helps? Anything else you can recommend? Thanks. In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?: -The serial number of your Nitro Pro. This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones. -Screenshot of 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features to get the exact build of the program. -Does this happen with every file? If it is a single file, please send us the sample file (with sensitive information extracted) by sending me a private message so I can replicate it on my end. -What is your workflow that results to crashing?
