J Pineau Posted October 21, 2019 Report Share Posted October 21, 2019 Opening a PDF attached to an email. Then trying File, Save As to save it to a network location and the program crashes. I also tried saving to a local location but it also crashed. This poor user has had nothing but trouble with Nitro Pro since upgrading her machine to Windows 10 and upgrading her version 8 license to version 13.1.
