After checking your account records, I can see you have multiple products and their Software Assurance (now VIP Access) just expired last June.

Kindly note if you have an active VIP Access, you should be able to submit support cases. Otherwise, we recommend utilizing our Knowledge Base site  http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase and to post your inquiry to our Community Forums https://community.gonitro.com/ (a page where other customers and Nitro Support team can collaborate and share solutions).

To further assist you, could you please provide more details about your concern? Are you having issue converting, combining or redacting?

Does this happen with every file? If it is a single file, please send us the sample file (with sensitive information extracted) by sending me a private message so I can replicate it on my end.

1. I was under the impression that I purchased the program PERIOD.

2. What good is a screenshot going to do? You need the actual pdf and I have no idea how to get it to you
