hallet34 0 Report post Posted October 21, 2019 Super upset with the customer service. I have no idea whats going on with this program. I try to open it and there is nothing there. I tried to go into the add/remove program and tried to repair it and all i get is message Stating "something is blocking Nitro from proceeding" with the following below it "you'll have to close these application to proceed.... - itunesHelper -Nalpeiron Licensing Service -apple mobile device service... I am sure it is probably an easy fix but without the knowledge and phone support this program is worthless. The program has been working good for just under a year, but now is when you find out what a company is really about. I NEED HELP.... I can not waste my time trying to figure this out.
