-23: Error

I am trying to add my Nitro Pro to my new computer.  I deactivated the old (although I should be able to put on both my laptop and desktop per this website) and tried activating the new and I keep getting this -23:Error.  I have tried all the support instructions on the website with no success.  Any help would be appreciated.
