Cannot activate on new device

Hello,

I have changed one of my devices (I am allowed 2 activations) and although I have pressed deactivate when prompted on activation portal, when I enter my serial number to activate on new device it keeps saying the serial number does not exist. 

I keep going round in circles with this, clicking the link 'submit a support request'  which leads me to check serial and deactivate (now shows 0 as being activated), which when I enter the serial number to activate on new device, tells me it doesn't exist and takes me to the support request and check serial and deactivate ---- it is driving me crazy!!

Hello @Liss,

Your serial number is for Nitro Pro 11. Please get the correct installers from this page: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/installer/000004464

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.

Please let me know how you go.
