Mitty Posted October 22, 2019 Report Share Posted October 22, 2019 Purchased 10/4/19 worked great. Today got a error Nitro Pro has encountered an error with your license. Please re-try activation. If you still encounter an error please contact support. Error code: -2023 Then takes me to a screen that my trial has expired and gives me the option to Buy. Activate Now link does not work. It seems to have converted me back to trial mode and there is no option to activate. Frustrated thinking that because I did not buy VIP Access I cannot call or contact someone.
