Mitty
Purchased 10/4/19 worked great. Today got a error Nitro Pro has encountered an error with your license. Please re-try activation. If you still encounter an error please contact support. Error code: -2023 Then takes me to a screen that my trial has expired and gives me the option to Buy. Activate Now link does not work. It seems to have converted me back to trial mode and there is no option to activate. Frustrated thinking that because I did not buy VIP Access I cannot call or contact someone. Activate does not work within the software also. So, this is me contacting support.

In order to further assist you, could you please provide the following information?: -Could you please check if any major Windows Update was installed on your machine? If there is none, does your machine has an application that changes the registries? -What build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 13.X.X.X, e.g. 13.2.3.26) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features. Mitty
No recent update since I purchased Nitro Pro. I was on version 13.2.3.25, I did update to 13.2.6.26 after this happened, but no resolve. I sent my Serial # to Leslie V. along with my Invoice for purchase if you need to see that. rteam
Hi; Installed version 13.2.6.26 on one of our associates PC and activated successfully. Has been using it Iguess, for about 2 weeks. Yesterday Nitro switched to ended trial. Have removed twice, deleted Nitro's folders from Program Files, Program Files(x86) and from AppData hidden folder. Restarted PC but just keep getting the Nitro Pro has encountered an error with your license. Please re-try activation.... Error code: -2023. No major update installed as far as I know. Please help as this is a Production Area and user is stuck without this tool. Thanks.
Mitty
Thought I would post the results publicly: This worked for me. Thank you @Leslie V. a. Run Revo Uninstaller to uninstall (or delete traces from previous installations) your Nitro Pro and reboot your machine: https://www.revouninstaller.com/revo-uninstaller-free-download/ b. After rebooting, please delete 'Nitro' folder from Program Files and ProgramData (hidden) folders. c. Then clear all your downloads folder or delete all downloaded Nitro installers. This step is important because we noticed that if you are saving all the installers and you download them in the same folder (like the downloads folder), the EXE can pick up any MSI installer in that folder and you may pick-up one of the older builds instead of the newly downloaded package. d. Re-download our offline installers below: x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_132326/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_132326/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi If you are not sure which to pick, this will help: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/64/000003790 e. After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and entering your serial number.
