hbarlas 0 Report post Posted October 23, 2019 I am having an issue where basically there are old workstations that have had Nitro pro installed on it some of them have been decommissioned and the way nitro identifies the PC's is through their own unique ID. Support sent me an exe to run which will create log with the ID, however it also needs a filechecker.dll which nitro pro CD is supposed to have. We no longer have the CD and the installer on the server doesn't have the DLL. I have reached out to them for that DLL and no one has got back to me. Has anyone else had this issue?
