nitro productivity will not convert

Hello

Nitro productivity suite will not convert document to excel , or anything. nitro 8 and 10 would convert same document no problem

Hello Leslie

i cannot paste screenshot of what you asked  for

and i can't seem to add it when i save the screenshot

so how do i do it please?

i have made 3 screen shots

i am exported my bank account statement to a pdf

Commonwealth Bank of Australia

Naturally i do not think it is a good idea to broadcast this on line

 

 

There is another problem

i have tried to save signature from web cam same as i did in the other versions

so i go to

create new signature

webcam

preview

capture

but does not happen, even if i add a password
