ATTIVAZIONE: IL NUMERO DI SERIE NON ESISTE!!!!

Buongiorno,

ho formattato il pc dell'ufficio e ora sono andata a reinstallare tutto ma Nitro nella fase di attivazione e nell'inserimento del numero della licenza mi dice che il numero di serie non esiste.

Ho provato anche manualmente ma non mi apre il link per copiare e incollare (gonitro.com/activate). Ho provato ad andare a disattivare le licenze sul portale e adesso mi da che di attive ce ne sono 0  e disponibili 2 ma niente. 

Cosa devo fare? Sono 2 giorni che vado avanti.......

Attendo quanto prima un Vs. riscontro.

https://www.gonitro.com/it/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, activate with your serial number.
