ChipM
I have tried multiple files, and always get the same error message about invalid content (using Nitro pro 13.2.3.26). Adobe Acrobat DC can convert all these files without problem. What am I missing?

Xosé Álvarez
Hi, I have the same problem. When converting to Word/enriched text/simple text, it says that there is an error because of non valid content (even with PDFs that were originally Word files!!). When converting to an image, Nitro crashes and opens again (without any document loaded) I have tested with several files. Thank you in advance

Xosé Álvarez
Hello, @AllainU Thank you for your quick answer. Because of your message, I re-checked my version. I had 13.2.3.26, and in a quick look this morning, I've thought that it was the latest, but actually the latest one has a 6 instead of 3, 13.2.6.26 🙂 I have updated and the problem is solved. Thanks and best wishes
