Jessica 0 Report post Posted October 24, 2019 I just got a new computer and I was reactivating my Nitro Pro 13.2.3.26 software on it. The serial number from my current computer does not look right, and when I type it in it tells me to enter a valid number. In order to further assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab? Also, a screenshot of the error message you have received after entering your serial number. To send them via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.
