Error 23 during reactivation on new laptop _ Nitro Pro 10

Hi,

I need help with the error 23 issue when trying to activate Nitro Pro 10 on new laptop. I have used the activation portal to deactivate both user and still unable to activate on my new laptop.

Please help. Thank you
