Bob Archer 0 Report post Posted October 27, 2019 I recently purchased an update to Nitro pro and I am having trouble creating a new signature. When I try to draw a signature, it crashes and when I try to upload a signature from a file, it says to create an new Quicksignature profile and I cannot find where to do that? help please. Leslie V. 0 Report post Posted October 28, 2019 Hello Bob, Thanks for reaching out! Please uninstall the old Nitro Pro from the computer and then reboot it. After rebooting, reinstall the new build using these direct installers and activate using the same serial number:x32 x64 Please let me know how that goes.
