Nitro Pro 12 deactivation after Windows 10 update

Microsoft recently had a major feature update to Windows 10 which, when done, deactivated Nitro Pro 12. I have tried the support page on your portal and it deactivates OK, but when I try to activate again (in the software) it fails and says I have too many licenses in use. I suspect anyone that has a Windows update (it did mine on 10/25) will have this problem.
