Reactivation problem on new PC _ Nitro Pro 10

Hi,

I have recently tried to transfer my activation license to my new PC, unfortunately error -23 appear : 'License number already used'. I have used the deactivation portal to deactivate all 2 licenses and still no luck with the new PC.

Please help.
