Guiri
Like the title says. I upgraded to 13.2.3.26 and that helped with some files but I am still having the issue with others. Please help!
Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted October 29, 2019 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted October 29, 2019 Hello @Guiri, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! To fix this crashing issue, please properly follow these steps: 1. Kindly run Revo Uninstaller to uninstall (or delete traces from previous installations) your Nitro Pro and reboot your machine:https://www.revouninstaller.com/revo-uninstaller-free-download/ 2. After rebooting, please delete 'Nitro' folders from Program Files and ProgramData (hidden) directories. 3. Then clear all your downloads folder or delete all downloaded Nitro installers. This step is important because we noticed that if you are saving all the installers and you download them in the same folder (like the downloads folder), the EXE can pick up any MSI installer in that folder and you may pick-up one of the older builds instead of the newly downloaded package. 4. Re-download our offline installer for 64-bit: http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_132626/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi 5. After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and entering your serial number. Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps! Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted October 29, 2019 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted October 29, 2019 Hello @Guiri, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?: -Nitro Pro build (format is 13.X.X.X, e.g. 13.2.2.25) you are working with. You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features. -Does this happen with every file? If it is a single file, please send us the sample file (with sensitive information extracted) by sending me a private message so I can replicate it on my end. Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
