Unable to convert from Excel to pdf

Good afternoon all,

 One of our users is experiencing an issue with converting Excel files into PDF.
The process is stuck at 0% for a short while before coming up with the error: The creation process encountered an error, and failed to create the PDF file.

What we have tried so far is reinstalling, updating, switching from Nitro Pro 8 to 10 and back but to no avail and the person is back to v8 now. The issue is not related to the files themselves as I was able to convert them just fine on my copy of Nitro Pro 10. Conversions FROM PDF to other file types works just fine.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Forgot to mention the Nitro build is 8.5.7.3.
