gyanevqs 0 Report post Posted October 29, 2019 Good afternoon all, One of our users is experiencing an issue with converting Excel files into PDF. The process is stuck at 0% for a short while before coming up with the error: The creation process encountered an error, and failed to create the PDF file. What we have tried so far is reinstalling, updating, switching from Nitro Pro 8 to 10 and back but to no avail and the person is back to v8 now. The issue is not related to the files themselves as I was able to convert them just fine on my copy of Nitro Pro 10. Conversions FROM PDF to other file types works just fine.
