DavidJ 0 Report post Posted October 30, 2019 Just upgraded to 13.2.6.26. Received the Nitro invoice from Cleverbridge invoice and terms and conditions. Neither will print using Nitro. Tried saving the file to my PC/renaming. Still cannot print using Nitro. Seems to get stuck on 1%. No messages, nothing. I used Acrobat and it prints perfectly - the main competitor. Other pdf documents print perfectly using Nitro. Why won't some documents print? Such a time waster! Windows 10. Kyocera Ecosys M2040dn. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

DavidJ 0 Report post Posted November 1, 2019 Thanks Leslie. It is very inconvenient and seems to be quite random. Many PDF's print and many don't. I often cannot print to Kyocera and then have to save the file and use Acrobat - it is very inconvenient and a huge time waster. Currently Version 13.2.6.26 is not fit for purpose.
