Nirto 13 will not print Cleverbridge invoice

Just upgraded to 13.2.6.26.  Received the Nitro invoice from Cleverbridge invoice and terms and conditions.

Neither will print using Nitro. Tried saving the file to my PC/renaming. Still cannot print using Nitro. Seems to get stuck on 1%. No messages, nothing.

I used Acrobat and it prints perfectly - the main competitor.

Other pdf documents print perfectly using Nitro. Why won't some documents print? Such a time waster!

Windows 10.  Kyocera Ecosys M2040dn.

Sorry for the inconvenience!

There is a known issue with printing files using Kyocera printers. This has been escalated to our Product team, and a fix is in the works.

Thanks Leslie. It is very inconvenient and seems to be quite random.  Many PDF's print and many don't.

Is there a timetable or should I go back to a previous version for the time being?

Will I be advised when it is fixed?

Leslie.  I replied to you on 1st November. and have not received a reply to my questions.  

I see others have the same problem.  I often cannot print  to Kyocera and then have to save the file and use Acrobat - it is very inconvenient and a huge time waster.

Currently Version 13.2.6.26 is not fit for purpose.
